I am delighted with the effectiveness of Osteomove. Good quality, fast delivery. I bought it for my mother who has arthritis and osteoarthritis and the results are amazing. We are using Osteomove in conjunction with a wonderful ointment.the benefit of it mainly on joints that the glucosamine as ingredient improve cartilage and connective tissue in joint to easy movement. Best of all was the speed of delivery. I will always buy with iHerb.Not sure it works
I finished the bottle before I've decided to write a review. First of all, I don't think it works. I have some problems with a hip and neck and personally didn't see any improvements. Secondly, it was a nightmare to figure out how and when to take it. Two tablets in the morning; 1 in the morning, 1 in the afternoon; before/after food - nothing worked. The worst idea was to take it in the afternoon because I started to notice I get nauseated during evening/night time. The only way that worked was to take 1 tab a day after breakfast. Such a disappointment, because the composition is great! Side note: the tablets are huge.
